The purpose of this book is to help everyone understand how to take charge of their mental health. You may be dealing with death, divorce, break-ups, stress, lack of sleep or depression, anorexia, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder and addictions. Whether you are going through something yourself, or are just interested in helping someone you care about, you should be able to find some comfort, along with many of the answers to your questions in this book.

We hope the website will serve as a helpful tool for you to learn more about mental health issues, and find resources for further information or to help you seek any help you need. You can get involved with cool mental health groups around the country.
